Policies

A key to the building will be issued if necessary, and a deposit is required.

The church building must be locked after use and the key returned to the church administrator.

All furnishings should be returned to their original places, the thermostat turned down if you have turned it up, and lights turned off

Failure to leave the space in good condition will result in loss of deposit, possible additional charges, and cancellation of any rental agreement. A minimum of $30 is charged for areas not cleaned.

Renters are requested to honour the church’s no-smoking rule.

Renters are responsible for obtaining a liquor permit.
